Clos du Crosex Grillé
Former owner of the Clos du Crosex Grillé with his friend Philippe Gex, Bernard Cavé continues to vinify the two cuvées from the 2.2 hectares of vines after the estate was acquired by the Hoffmann family in 2019. In his winemaking, the oenologist aims to preserve maximum freshness to enhance very ripe fruit.
